Being Vegan is so much more than a diet, it is a lifestyle and a commitment to disassociate with anything that is cruel and unjust.
Animals have saved me in ways nobody will ever understand. Humans often leave you disappointed, hurt or drained, while animals restore your soul and bring so much love and happiness everywhere they go. They are pure, only know how to love unconditionally and bring so much healing to humans. This is why I always say I love animals more than I will ever love any humans. Animals have a strong connection to Source and sense energy better than most humans. They know very well how to communicate and express themselves, they never hide their feelings, and they live present in the moment, always! This is what humans are lacking.
They don’t hold resentment, they live out all their emotions and are so quick to bounce back from any hardships or disappointments. They don’t let their circumstances get them down in life. We humans could learn a lot from them if we would only stop, take time to truly connect with them. Animals have a lot to say to those who know how to listen.
My spiritual awakening and journey started after I became Vegan. My love for animals and their love for me turned my whole life around. I became vegetarian after some health issues and became vegan after realizing just how unfair and cruel we are to the innocent, I wanted no part in that. Once you become Vegan, you become very aware of all the cruelty in the world, you look at the world much differently. When you realize all the damage done to the Earth and much of what is going on right now is due to the factor farming and deforestation, you cannot go back to living the way you were. We humans are greedy by nature, we take and take until there’s nothing left, which is what is happening to the world right now. We are the ones destroying and killing everything while they’re paying the price by simply being born. They literally have done nothing wrong expect be born into this world. The fact that we breed animals just so we can kill and eat them is sicking and beyond disgusting. You are digesting all the torment, pain and karma into your body, how can you expect to be happy and healthy with all running through your body.
Loving animals means not eating them or paying for any cruelty done to them. It’s that simple. After a few months of cleansing your body of all that and feeding your soul, you will see the difference in the clarity of your mind, your energy levels, your mood, your connection with nature and all that is surrounding you changes drastically. Becoming Vegan was the easiest and simply the best decision I’ve ever made in my life. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Change begins with you, you are responsible for being more ethical than the environment you grew up in. By not being Vegan you are simply choosing to contribute to the destruction of this world. Ignorance is not bliss when innocent lives are at risk and in need of your voice.
We can combat world hunger by becoming Vegan. It's estimated that 700 million tons of food that could be consumed by humans goes to livestock each year. 70% of the grain grown in the US feeds livestock, and, globally, 83% of farmland is set aside to raise animals.
Livestock takes up much of our water, it takes 100-200 times more water to raise a pound of beef than it does to raise plant foods.
Livestocks cause more air pollution than all cars, buses, ships and planes combined.
Humans are crazy, they are destroying all Earth, killing off all its inhabitants and slowly killing our own selves for some steaks and beef burgers. This is just simply not sustainable!
Everyone wants to change the world, but nobody wants to change themselves. For every one person not consuming animals products, about 900 animals are saved. That is a big deal!!! You hold the lives of 900 animals in your hands, choose compassion, choose Vegan.
