What do you think of when you think of feminine energy? Is it dressing up? Applying makeup? Is it connecting to your intuition? Following your heart?
Femininity is more than dressing up and putting on makeup. It is about learning to be soft, gentle, warm, and open to receive.
When we talk about energy it is never gender specific, it is just energy. We all have both feminine and masculine energies within each of us, we are born more dominant in one energy more so than the other, and as we grow it is our responsibility to learn how to integrate the other energy within us making us whole balanced humans.
We live in such a masculine driven world where emotions are foreign for most humans, crying is a sign of weakness, and anger is frowned upon, so those who are in touch with their emotions are labeled unstable, and moody, when it could not be further from the truth. People who has learned to embrace and express their emotions are balanced, grounded, in touch and connected in all the right ways.
The yin energy is our intuition, creativity, flow, nourishing and compassionate side. It rules the left side of our physical body and the right side of our brain. This is the part of our brain that is not tapped into often as we live in a Masculine dominant world full of logic and structure, while the feminine energy is all about love, compassion, sensuality, learning to let go and trust the process. Through awakening this energy, we learn to receive and be in flow with the Universe. The more we tap into this side of ourselves, the stronger our intuition becomes, our senses become heightened and our psychic abilities begin to unlock and expand.
The feminine is energy of life as it is the only vessel that is able to birth new life from higher dimensions into this Earth. It is empowered within us through speaking our truth, feeling our emotions, being creative, living with passion and compassion, nurturing, and being able to receive. it is so important to heal and empower our feminine as most of us have wounded feminine energy which projects as jealousy, envy, overly emotional, shame, blame and insecurity. We are our mothers and their mothers, so each of us carry deep wounds, trauma, and pain passed through our ancestors. We have somehow lost all touch with this beautiful side of us through having to be in our masculine energy to survive in this cruel world full of hardness, detachment and apathy.
As we enter New Earth, we are all being pushed to connect more with the feminine energy within us, this means more art, music, love, poetry, beauty in all forms, living with more understanding and patience for yourself and others. The energy of the whole universe is shifting as we ascend as a collective into 5D conscience living forcing us to balance our energies.
It is such a shame that we live in a world where women are so objectified for their physical bodies while they should be worshiped for their powerful energy. Society has made it shameful to be feminine, we can’t even joke without men thinking we are flirting, we can’t show love and affection without people thinking something else of it, we can't have sex without being labeled for it, we can’t walk down the street without being catcalled, or dress however we want without judgement. Being a women is no simple task in this world but times are changing and the feminine energy is rising into power!
How to tap into the feminine energy:
Make art, draw, paint, whatever art is for you!
Listen to music, sing, dance and be free
Follow your heart and its guidance, for it never strays your wrong
Trust your intuition, it is your compass in this life
Learn to relax, be soft and tend to your needs, wants and desires, they exist for a reason
Embrace, accept and love your sensuality and feel no shame in expressing it
Love and accept the body that is your vessel in this life
Let go of control, be in flow with the universe and trust the process.
Nurture yourself, be good to yourself, care for your soul and do what makes you happy. If you’re a feminine, celebrate yourself today and everyday because without us, no life would exist! So be free and honour the wild feminine in you.
